Meet the founder
Daniele Nanni is a veteran Creative and Design Director with over 25 years of experience across AAA studios, small startups, and education. He has led design teams at Bethesda Game Studios, Guerrilla Games, Electronic Arts, and Microsoft, contributing to franchises such as Starfield, Fallout, Battlefield, Killzone, and Star Wars: Battlefront. A trusted leader and mentor, Dan has scaled studio departments, managed large multidisciplinary teams, trained and supported creative leaders, and shipped complex, high-profile games across decades of consoles and platforms.
Equally passionate about developing people and healthy teams, Dan has spent his career mentoring artists and designers, collaborating with engineers, and teaching future developers, including serving as an inaugural Game Art and Design faculty member at Ringling College of Art and Design, co-developing their curriculum from the very beginning. Today, he focuses on career advising and leadership consulting, offering strategic, experience-driven guidance to individuals and organizations seeking to break into the industry, grow into leadership, and build stronger, more effective creative teams.
